Ingredients
- Chocolate Mousse Ingredients
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract- Whip-cream Ingredients
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In a chilled mixing bowl, pour in heavy whipping cream. Whip until frothy and slightly thick.
- Add powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Carefully mix until soft peaks form.
- Add vanilla extract if and finish whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon into plastic bag and pipe into cups or mason jars!
- At that time clean your mixing bowl and combine all whip-cream ingredients in the bowl and beat until light and fluffy! Spoon whip-cream on top of the mousse.
- Take a chocolate bar and grate chocolate over the mousse and whip-cream and enjoy! Serves about 2 1/2 cups of mousse, fills one small mason jar (shown below) or 3 round ramekins.
