Ingredients

  • Cupcake:
    * 1 box white cake mix (follow instructions on box)
    * 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
    * 1 banana, mashed
    Frosting:
    * 2 cups powder sugar
    * 2 sticks butter, softened
    * 2 tbsp milk
    * 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    * 5 crushed vanilla wafers
    Cupcake Filling:
    * 2 vanilla pudding cups
    Topping:
    * Sliced Banana
    * Extra vanilla wafers

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Follow box cupcake instructions. Once batter is combined add 1 mashed banana and crushed wafers to the cupcake batter and combine together.
  • Scoop batter into a lined cupcake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Till golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes.
  • Pipe vanilla pudding in center of cupcakes.
  • To make the frosting beat butter for 2 minutes. Add powder sugar and beat for 3-5 minutes on medium speed. Add milk and vanilla extract and beat on high speed for 1-2 minutes. Add crushed wafers and beat for one more minute till combined.
  • Put frosting in pipping bag and frost cupcakes, add a wafer and sliced banana on top for decoration with some crushed wafer leftovers! Enjoy!
