These banana pudding cookie cups are absolutely delicious! They only take 10 minutes to bake. We love to combine Golden Oreos and vanilla wafers for the cookie cup. These are perfect for a party and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • Cookie Cup:
  • * 2 cups crushed Vanilla Wafers
    * 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos
    * 12 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • Filling:
  • * 2 bananas, sliced (set aside in a bowl)
    * 2, 3.4oz boxes instant pudding (1 Vanilla + 1 Banana cream)
    * 2 cups milk
    * 14 oz. Can Sweetened condensed milk
    * 2 cups heavy cream
    * 1/4 cup powder sugar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan. Combine crushed golden oreos and crushed vanilla wafers. Set aside 1/4 cup to sprinkle on cookie cups when they are completed.
  • Pour butter into remaining crushed cookies and stir together till combine. Using a medium ice-cream scooper fill 12 cup muffin pan forming cookie cup shape with hands or back of ice-cream scooper. Bake cookie cup for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool while you make the pudding. Stir milk and sweetened condensed milk together in a bowl.
  • Add instant pudding mixes, continue to stir till thickens. Put in fridge. Whip your heavy cream with a stand or handheld mixer till soft peaks form. Leaving a quarter of whip cream in the bowl remove remaining whip cream and fold into pudding.
  • Add powder sugar to the quarter of whip cream left into the bowl and combine. Put the whip cream in a piping bag. Remove fully cooled cookie cups from the pan and put a sliced banana at the bottom of each cup. Pipe in pudding and pipe on top whip cream. Sprinkle crushed wafers and top of with a vanilla wafer and banana. Enjoy!
