Ingredients
- Banana Pudding Smoothie
2 Bananas
1 Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding (2 cups of milk/ follow package ingredients) @jello
1/2 Cup Vanilla Wafers
1 1/2 Cup Oat Milk (to desire of thickness)- Whip Cream
1/2 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Combine all Whip Cream Ingredients in a cold bowl and whip for a few minutes till light and fluffy. Put to the side.
- In a blender or @nutribullet combine, 1-1/2 banana, 2 large spoonful’s of pudding and 1/4 cup of wafers.
- Add oat milk. Ensure that milk covers smoothie ingredients. Blend at medium speed for about 1 minute or so, till smooth.
- Layer remaining vanilla wafers at the bottom of your cup and pour smoothie in cup.
- Scoop an extra spoonful of pudding on the top of the smoothie and top off with remaining banana slices and wafer crumbs! Enjoy!
