Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup blackberries
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    3 tbsp heavy cream
    1 tsp lemon juice

  • Crumble
  • 1/3 cup cup flour
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    3-4 tbsp butter, melted

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan on medium heat stir your blueberries, blackberries, brown sugar, sugar, heavy cream and lemon juice together till fruits are softened (about 5 minutes).
  • Once fruits are cooling on stove top, mix flour, brown sugar and melted butter into a small bowl and mix with a fork forming small crumbly chunks of goodness.
  • Take you mini ramekins or mini Dutch oven skillet and fill it with the filling and then place crumble on top. Put ramekins or Dutch oven in the oven to bake for 20 minutes till crumble is lightly brown. You may take out and let cool for 5 minutes and then eat warm or you may eat cold if you desire!
