No Bake Chocolate Mini Cheesecakes

We love all No bake Mini Cheesecakes especially ones that are double chocolate! This mini cheesecake is so easy to make and has a layer of our favorite French Dessert Dark Chocolate Petit Pot on top!

Ingredients

  • Oreo Crust:
  • 2 cups crushed Oreos
    6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • Chocolate Cheesecake:
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 
    1 cup powder sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa powder 
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 pint heavy whipping cream
    3.5 oz. dark chocolate bar, melted 

  • Petit Pot layer:
  • 2 jars of Dark Chocolate Petit Pot 

  • Whip-cream & Garnish: 
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/4 cup powder sugar 
    1 tsp vanilla extract 
    Dusting of cocoa powder 

Directions

  • Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. In a lined 12 cup muffin pan press down Oreo crumbs in baking cups. 
  • In a stand-in mixer beat cream cheese for two minutes till smooth. Add in powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract and beat till smooth. Remove cream cheese mix and put it in a medium bowl.
  • Using the same stand in the mixer bowl, whip heavy cream till stiff peaks form. While beating heavy cream melt chocolate bar in the microwave. Pour cooled chocolate into whip cream and fold till combined. 
    Fold in chocolate whip cream into cream cheese mixture till smooth. Scoop cream cheese filling on top of each Oreo crust baking cup. Put in the fridge for 4-6 hrs. to set.  
  • Remove cheesecakes from the fridge. Pipe on the Petit Pot layer and top off with whip cream. Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
