1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
1/2 cup Nutella
Rainbow sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place melted butter in a medium bowl. Add both sugars and mix on low speed till smooth. Mix in egg and vanilla extract till combine.
- Mix in baking soda, salt, and slowly mix in flour, 1 cup at a time.
- Fold in chocolate chips with spatula. Spray muffin pans with nonstick spray (we used avocado spray). Scoop large balls into muffin pan and take a ice-cream scooper and press down in the middle on them slightly. Place peanut butter chips in the cavities of each cup. Put in freezer for 15 minutes to chill.
- Bake cookie cups for about 12 minutes or till golden brown. When the cookie cups come out of the oven, press down on them with ice-cream scooper again so there is a sunken in cavity. Pipe in Nutella and top with sprinkles. You want to do this while they are warm!
- Take a knife and loosen the edges of the cookie cups. Let them cool for 15 minutes till Nutella sets!
Cut and enjoy!
