Peanut-butter Pie

- Peanut-butter filling
* 8 oz. cream cheese, softened @phillycreamchs
* 1 cup powder sugar
* 12 oz. @coolwhip
* 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter @skippybrand
* Handful of @reeses peanut-butter chips + @nestletollhouse chocolate chips- Graham Cracker Crust
* 2 cups ground graham cracker crumbs (about 14 rectangle graham crackers) @honeymaidsnacks
* 8 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a blender ground up graham crackers till they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and combine.
- Press graham cracker mixture in a 9 inch pie dish and bake for about 12-15 minutes till golden brown. Put aside to cool.
- Filling: combine all peanut butter filling ingredients in a stand mixer bowl with fitted paddle, and combine till smooth and creamy.
- Pour filling in the pie dish and top off with some chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hrs. and then take out, ready to slice! Enjoy!
