  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a blender ground up graham crackers till they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and combine.
  • Press graham cracker mixture in a 9 inch pie dish and bake for about 12-15 minutes till golden brown. Put aside to cool.
  • Filling: combine all peanut butter filling ingredients in a stand mixer bowl with fitted paddle, and combine till smooth and creamy.
  • Pour filling in the pie dish and top off with some chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate for 4-6 hrs. and then take out, ready to slice! Enjoy!
