Ingredients

  • Strawberry Crumble Filling
  • *4 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in halves
    *1/2 cup granulated sugar
    *2 tbsp flour
    *1 tsp lemon juice
    *1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Crumble
  • *1 cup old fashioned oats
    *1/2 cup all purpose flour
    *1/3 cup brown sugar
    *1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Filling: clean and dice fresh strawberries in halves and put in a medium bowl. Cover strawberries with the sugar, flour, lemon juice and vanilla extract and combine strawberries in the ingredients till fully covered.
  • Pour strawberry filling in a 9 inch baking dish.
  • Crumble: combine oats, flour, brown sugar and melted butter in a small bowl and with a fork mix together till mixture becomes crumbly. This will take a few minutes.
  • Pour crumble on top of the strawberry filling and bake in oven for 35-45 minutes till top is crisp and strawberries are bubbly!
  • Let cool and top off with fresh whip cream or cool whip πŸ˜ŠπŸ™Š
