Mini Blackberry Blueberry Crumble

- Filling
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
- Crumble
1/3 cup cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
3-4 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
- In a medium saucepan on medium heat stir your blueberries, blackberries, brown sugar, sugar, heavy cream and lemon juice together till fruits are softened (about 5 minutes).
- Once fruits are cooling on stove top, mix flour, brown sugar and melted butter into a small bowl and mix with a fork forming small crumbly chunks of goodness.
- Take you mini skillet or mini Dutch oven skillet and fill it with the filling and then place crumble on top.
- Put skillet or Dutch oven in the oven to bake for 20 minutes till crumble is lightly brown. You may take out and let cool for 5 minutes and then eat warm or you may eat cold if you desire!
