Mini Blackberry Blueberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup blackberries

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Crumble
  • 1/3 cup cup flour

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 3-4 tbsp butter, melted

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan on medium heat stir your blueberries, blackberries, brown sugar, sugar, heavy cream and lemon juice together till fruits are softened (about 5 minutes).
  • Once fruits are cooling on stove top, mix flour, brown sugar and melted butter into a small bowl and mix with a fork forming small crumbly chunks of goodness.
  • Take you mini skillet or mini Dutch oven skillet and fill it with the filling and then place crumble on top.
  • Put skillet or Dutch oven in the oven to bake for 20 minutes till crumble is lightly brown. You may take out and let cool for 5 minutes and then eat warm or you may eat cold if you desire!
