No Bake Oreo Ganache Cheesecake

hoursY’all this cheesecake is so good you will be drooling! It’s very easy to make. We love the ganache topping and I don’t know about you but I love chocolate crunchies and we found them @giuntasmeatfarms our fav!
Ingredients
- Crust:
* 3 sleeve Oreo pack, 24-28 Oreos, crushed
* 6 tbsp butter, melted- Cheesecake:
* 3, 8 oz. cream cheese blocks, softened
* 1/2 cup powder sugar
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* 3/4 cup crushed oreos
* 5 oreos chopped- Ganache Topping:
* 2, 4 oz. chopped chocolate bars
* 1/2 cup heavy cream, heated- Toppings:
* Chocolate whip cream
* 3/4 cup Chocolate Crunchies
* 2-3 tbsp hard shell topping, optional
* Additional Oreo for decoration
Directions
- Combined crushed Oreos and melted butter. In a heart shape or 8” spring form pan press Oreo crust down. Put in fridge.
- Make cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese till smooth. Add in sugars and combine. Add in vanilla extract.
- In a separate mixing bowl with a hand mixer beat heavy cream till stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold in crushed and chopped Oreos. Pour mixture on top of crust in springform pan and smooth out till flat. Place cheesecake in fridge for 6 hrs. or overnight.
- Make ganache topping by heating up heavy milk and pouring over chopped chocolate, stir till it thickens. Pour over set cheesecake.
- Combine chocolate-crunchies and hard shell in a bowl. The hard shell is optional. Pour chocolate-crunchies over ganache topping. Set in fridge while you make your chocolate whip cream or you can buy chocolate whip cream. Pipe whip cream on cheesecake, add Oreo for decoration and enjoy!
