Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Cup

- Bread:
1 ripe banana
⅓ cup almond milk
½ cup oat flour (we made our own)
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp maple syrup- Toppings:
Chocolate chips (vegan) @nestletollhouse #allerganfree
Walnuts chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mash up your ripe banana in a small bowl.
- Pour in almond milk and maple syrup into mashed banana and stir till combined.
- Add in the oat flour (we blended old fashion @quaker oats to make oat flour), add baking powder, and salt. Fold dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients, combine well.
- Top the batter with some vegan chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Bake for 20 minutes or till tops are golden brown!
